Chalk and hopscotch lov'in...

My little lady has a new budding obsession for hopscotch. This new obsession goes hand in hand with her ever evolving love of chalk. Everytime we come home from daycare she asks..."Can we play with the chalk?"...that is if it isn't raining. Today it is BEAUTIFUL outside AGAIN!!! WOOHOO!!! So...here are a few photos of our outside jaunt to play in the chalk dust!

HAPPY MAY DAY!!!

Happy May Day, all! It was such a beautiful day yesterday and today! YEAH! I wish this weather could stay forever, but I can feel the squeeze of summer coming. So this is the first year that Sophia and I made May baskets. Sophia and her preschool friends made baskets on Friday and I thought, "Dude...it would be so much fun to make baskets for the kids in the neighborhood and take them around." There are only a few kids in our neighborhood so I branched out a bit and took baskets to our friends. Here are a few pic's of our journey around Omaha delivering baskets!
