Right before I graduated from Briar Cliff I got my belly button pierced. It hurt like hell! I also failed to mention how much I hate needles. With that in mind, I still had a tattoo on my bucket list. It's something I've always been fascinated with, and I just had to try it out! So...Friday at 6 p.m. was THE DAY! Here are a few pic's of the awesomeness of my tattoo experience.

Dude...I'm not going to lie. It hurt like a pisser, but afterwards...it is not near as bad as a piercing. My tat stings every now and then, but I guess it's going to! It is an open wound that is trying to heal shut. I decided on this design b/c the kids and Warren got me an "Open Heart" necklace for mother's day this year and the colors are the colors we had in our wedding. I always wanted a tat that meant something and there ya go. Now when I'm old and wrinkled they will all say..."Dude...she must have been bad ass when she was younger!?" Yeah...probably not but at least I had the balls to do it!!!
Anyway, I should try and get a few Zzzz's in before the kids wake up in a short few hours. It's going to be a busy weekend. Work, work, work for me. It's my weekend to work, so I hope you all have a great couple days to your families! Nothing better than that!!!
So did you get the open heart desingn b/c when you are old and wrinkled it will become a closed heart?!? If so, good thinking!! :)
